Beef burgers infused with basil, garlic and shallots. They are topped with grilled halloumi, a crispy carrot-mango salad and fresh cucumber ribbons, this adds a refreshing flavor, the buns are spread with garlic mayonnaise. These burgers are perfect for weekend barbecues or dinner with friends.

Ingredients
- 400 g minced beef
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- salt and black pepper
- 4 buns
- 4 thin slices of halloumi
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
salad
- 1 large carrot, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 mango, cut into thin strips
- 2 spring onions, cut into thin strips
- 1 red onion, cut into thin slices
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and black pepper
- 1 cucumber
sauce
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
- salt and black pepper
insgtructions
Combine the carrot, mango, spring onions and red onion and mix with oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the cucumber into thin ribbons using a peeler.
Combine the mayonnaise with garlic, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the shallot and garlic. Mix the meat with the egg, bread crumbs, basil, shallot and garlic. Shape into 4 burgers and grill on a pre-heated grill or in a skillet until deeply golden. Grill the halloumi and toast the buns.
Spread the sauce on the bottom bun, top with the burger, halloumi, then the salad, cucumber ribbons and finally the top bun. Enjoy!!
