by Anna Chwistek
Anna Chwistek

Cucumber salad. Everyone needs a go-to recipe for a simple side salad, and this fresh cucumber salad is absolutely the answer. Crunchy cucumber slices and sharp red onion tossed in a creamy dill-yogurt dressing for a side that’s impossible not to keep in your back pocket.

RECIPE NOTES

  • add fresh dill and parsley instead of dried dill
  • this salad pairs well with meat, chicken, fish or baked potatoes
  • it works well with whatever’s on the grill
  • you can swap the Greek yogurt for sour cream
  • or add feta for a decadent result

Let me guide you through the recipe with this step-by-step VIDEO.
