Why you’ll love this baguette pizza recipe
Making French bread pizza isn’t hard, you barely need a recipe. This one is extra cheesy, a little messy, and only needs a handful of ingredients to come together and is pretty much as easy as it gets. Just grab a loaf of soft French baguette and make layers of pizza sauce, balsamic sautéed mushrooms, two cheeses (shredded mozzarella and Parmesan), and pepperoni or thin slices of bacon. Then heat up the oven and you’re in business. It’s comfort food at its best. And if pepperoni isn’t your thing, use ham or make a vegetarian version. Top with chopped chives, ketchup and aioli. And don’t forget to serve with a salad drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. Who doesn’t love a recipe that’s simple and can taste this good?
