- 6 plums - cut into quarters
- 9 ounces all-purpose flour
- 7 ounces sugar
- 5 ounces unsalted butter - at room temperature
- 3.5 ounces full-fat Greek yogurt - at room temperature

- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt

- Preheat the oven to 175°C – 350°F. Grease a 10-inch (25 cm) loaf pan and set aside.
