Ingredients: 10 ounces ground beef; 10 ounces ground pork; 1 egg; 3 tbsp breadcrumbs; 1 tsp dried onion; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp salt; ½ tsp black pepper; ¼ tsp nutmeg; 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking); 2 tbsp unsalted butter (divided, for cooking); 11 ounces dry pasta (like fusilli); 2 garlic cloves (minced); 1 onion (finely chopped); 3 tbsp all-purpose flour; 1 ¾ cups low sodium beef broth; 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp Dijon mustard; ½ tsp salt; ½ tsp black pepper; 1 cup heavy cream; 5 ounces grated Gruyère; freshly ground black pepper (for topping); chili flakes (for topping)
