    I have made so many of Anna’s recipes and this is now one of my favorites! I actually didn’t expect to like it as much as I did; I made it because I had all the ingredients and it was quick and easy. But oh my goodness, this yields such a deliciously rich pasta that feels like it absolutely should not have been that quick or simple, and yet it was. I can see why it’s a Cooking Club recipe. You should absolutely add this into your regular recipe rotation. And if you, like me, are having trouble finding ‘nduja–I ordered it off Amazon. :) It freezes great and a tube will stay good in the fridge for weeks.
