This recipe is delicious! Such a great way to use up extra spinach on hand. But I will note, I believe your caloric estimation to be significantly off. I put all of this into my tracker because that number seemed low, and dividing it into four servings (which did seem like the correct number of portions for the dish), it came out to 933 calories per serving (37g protein, 58g carbs, 62g fat).
