Ingredients: 4 small chicken fillets; 1 tbsp olive oil; 3 tbsp unsalted butter (divided); ½ tsp salt (divided); 1 tsp black pepper (divided); 1 tsp smoked paprika; 4 garlic cloves (minced); ½ cup chicken broth; 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce; ½ tbsp Dijon mustard; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 1 tbsp lemon zest; 2 tbsp chopped chives; 2 tbsp chopped parsley; 2 tbsp chopped thyme leaves; ½ tsp chili flakes (for topping, more or less to taste)

Just a perfect blend of umami flavors and we had it for a dinner party meal and everyone raved. It is sometimes hard to make chicken interesting but this did the trick.
