I loved this dish. Deep flavours for not too much effort. I had everything on hand except the cream. I opted for single cream but please don’t skip it, I really elevates the sauce. I took liberty of adding some jarred roasted peppers and served it over mashed potatoes with some green peas on the side. A winner, will make again.

The marinade directions are unclear and missing the word ‘’balsamic’. Delicious once I figured it out!
