Oh my GOODNESS, this recipe is tasty! I often struggle with how to prepare drumsticks outside of the grill, and this is now going to be my go-to recipe for them (which is super useful because drumsticks tend to be one of the cheapest cuts of chicken). The mushroom sauce was so flavorful, as I was packing up the leftover I had to restrain myself from eating a bunch on its own. I served this over mashed parsnips which paired nicely.
