Instructions
Get your prep done before you start cooking. Remove casings from sausages and roughly chop into small pieces. Mince the garlic cloves and chop the parsley.
Heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter over medium high. Add sausages, place in a single layer and sear undisturbed for 2 minutes. Then stir and cook until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Deglaze the skillet with white wine, simmer for 2 minutes while stirring and scraping up the brown bits on the bottom of your skillet with a wooden spoon.
Add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Next pour in broth and add the remaining butter and lemon juice. Stir until the butter is melted.
Add gnocchi, cook for 2-3 minutes or according to the package directions. Stir in parsley. Serve and enjoy!
