Yoghurt Chicken Curry


mince the garlic

chop the onion

season the chicken

heat oil and butter in a skillet

add chicken

cook for 5-8 minutes on both sides

remove from skillet

add garlic, onion and ginger

stir in spices, cook for 5 minutes

deglaze with chicken broth

simmer for 1-2 minutes

stir in tomato paste and garam masala

add puréed tomatoes, bring to a boil

lower the heat, stir in yoghurt

add salt, chili pepper and lime juice

add chicken back to the skillet, simmer for 5 minutes

finish off with cilantro and sesame seeds
