Cowboy Butter Chicken

season both sides of chicken fillets with salt, pepper & paprika

mince the garlic

chop the chives

chop the parsley

chop the thyme leaves

heat oil and butter over medium, add chicken fillets

sear 5-8 minutes per side, until cooked through

remove from skillet

add garlic, cook 1 minute over medium low

deglaze with chicken broth, simmer for 1 minute

season with salt, pepper and paprika

stir in mustard and Worcestershire sauce

add lemon zest and lemon juice

add butter, stir until melted

add chives, parsley and thyme

return chicken to skillet

coat with cowboy butter, top with black, pepper and chili flakes
