Red Pesto Feta Chickpea Wrap

mash feta with Greek yoghurt, pepper, chili flakes and lemon juice

roughly crush the chickpeas with a fork

slice cucumber into sticks

spread a layer feta mixture on tortilla, add chickpeas and red pesto

add cucumber and lettuce

fold tortilla over filling, then fold the sides and roll forward

serve at room temperature with extra pesto sauce
