Garlic Butter  Gnocchi with Sausage

remove casings  from sausages,  cut into small pieces

mince the garlic

chop the parsley

heat oil and butter  over medium high,  add sausages

sear until browned

add garlic,  cook for 1 minute

deglaze with  white wine,  simmer for  2 minutes

add salt,  pepper and  Italian  seasoning

pour in broth,  add butter

add lemon juice, stir until  the butter is melted

add gnocchi,  cook for  2-3 minutes

stir in parsley,  serve!
