Creamy Lemon Parmesan Chicken Spaghetti

cut chicken into bite-sized pieces

mince the garlic

heat oil in a skillet

add breadcrumbs, toast until golden

remove from skillet

cook spaghetti in salted water

heat oil and butter

add chicken

add spices, brown on all sides

remove from skillet

add garlic, cook until fragrant

deglaze with white wine

add spinach

scoop up cooking water, add 1/4 cup to the skillet

pour in cream

add capers

2 tbsp lemon juice

drain the spaghetti

add to the sauce

gradually stir in Parmesan

gradually stir in Parmesan

slide chicken back into the skillet

finish off with basil
