Chicken Stuffed Peppers

halve the  bell peppers,  remove the seeds

chop the parsley

to a bowl, add chicken,  3/4 cup marinara sauce,  Italian seasoning, Parmesan,  3/4 of the mozzarella,  parsley and garlic


combine remaining  marinara sauce  with chicken broth

pour into a baking dish, arrange the bell peppers

divide the  chicken mixture  among peppers

sprinkle with remaining  mozzarella, chili flakes  and black pepper

cover with foil,  bake for about  50 minutes  at 400°F/ 200°C

uncover, bake for  5 minutes more
