remove the casings  from the sausages,  cut into pieces

dice the onion

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the celery stalks  and the carrots

cube the potato

heat the oil,  add onion, garlic,  celery and carrots,  cook for 3 minutes

add sausages,  cook until brown

stir in thyme,  oregano, pepper  and tomato paste

add chicken broth,  potatoes and beans,  cover, simmer for  20 minutes

add cream and spinach,  simmer uncovered  for 5minutes
