Tuscan Style Hamburger Steaks

combine ground beef  with salt, pepper,  garlic powder,  dried onion, egg  and breadcrumbs

divide beef mixture  into 4 portions,  form each portion  into a ball

dice the onion

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the sun-dried  tomatoes

heat oil and butter  over medium,  add beef balls

press down on  each one until  3/4 inch - 2 cm thick

sear 5 minutes  per side,  remove from skillet

add onion  and garlic,  sauté for  2 minutes

stir in  salt, pepper,  Italian seasoning and  tomato paste

pour in cream,  add spinach,  stir until wilted

stir in  sun-dried tomatoes  and Parmesan

add  hamburger steaks,  simmer for  5 minutes
