Truffle Mushroom Pasta

grate the Parmesan

slice the  mushrooms

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the parsley

chop the truffles

boil pasta al dente  in salted water  according to  package directions

heat your skillet  over high,  add mushrooms,  cook until they  release moisture

add butter,  cook until  golden brown

add garlic,  cook for 1 minute

stir in salt,  pepper and  Italian seasoning

pour in cream,  bring to a boil

reduce heat to love,  add parsley  and truffles

stir in Parmesan

drain the pasta,  reserving 1/4  cup water

toss pasta  with sauce

finish off with  black pepper  and chili flakes
