grate the garlic cloves  and ginger

heat oil over medium,  add garlic and ginger,  cook for 30 seconds

pour in  chicken broth  and coconut milk

add soy sauce,  fish sauce,  sesame oil,  brown sugar and  Thai red curry paste

add lime juice, stir  until the curry paste  is dissolved,  bring to a boil,  simmer for 5 minutes

meanwhile,  boil gyozas  according to  package directions

when ready,  drain and serve
