Thai Coconut Curry Dumplings

chop the carrots  into half-moons

chop the scallions

mince the  garlic cloves

combine coconut milk  with water, soy sauce,  rice vinegar, corn starch,  sesame oil, sugar and  Thai red curry paste

heat oil over medium,  add broccoli and carrots,  cook for 3 minutes

add  garlic and scallions,  cook for 2 minutes

pour in prepared coconut sauce,  bring to a simmer

add dumplings,  simmer for  5 minutes

top with cilantro  and chili flakes
