Thai Beef and Mango Salad

cut steak  across the grain  into thin slices

combine with oil,  soy sauce and  cornstarch,  set aside to marinate

peel the mango,  cut into thin slices

chop the slices into  matchsticks

cut the onion into  half-moons

deseed and chop  the chili pepper

to a bowl, add mango,  red onion, chili pepper  and cilantro leaves

add grated garlic  and lime juice

toss with fish sauce,  soy sauce, sugar,  sesame oil and water

heat your wok until  steaming hot,  add oil and place steak  in a single layer, sear  1 minute undisturbed

next, stir fry  for 30 seconds,  serve with  mango salad
