slice the mushrooms

mince the  garlic cloves

roughly chop the  sun-dried tomatoes

boil the linguine  al dente  in salted water

heat your skillet  over high,  add mushrooms,  cook until they  release moisture

add 1 tbsp oil  from sun-dried  tomatoes,  cook until  golden brown

add garlic and  sun-dried tomatoes,  cook for 1 minute

stir in salt,  pepper,  chili flakes,  oregano, basil  and thyme

pour in cream,  simmer for  1 minute

reduce heat to low,  stir in Parmesan

scoop up 1/2 cup  cooking water

drain linguine
