combine Boursin cheese with Parmesan, cranberries and pistachios

grease a baking dish with butter, arrange the mushrooms

fill mushroom caps with the  cheese mixture

sprinkle with Gruyère and pistachios, top with rosemary

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400°F (200°C)
