cut chicken fillets  into thin strips,  combine with  salt, pepper, paprika  and garlic powder

combine shrimp with  salt, pepper, paprika  and garlic powder

chop the scallions

grate the ginger  and garlic cloves

combine honey with  soy sauce, sesame oil,  sriracha and lime juice

boil rice  in salted water  according  package directions

heat oil and butter  over medium high,  place shrimp  in a single layer

sear 1 minute  per side

remove from skillet

add chicken,  place in  a single layer,  sear 2 minutes  per side

add garlic  and ginger,  cook for 1 minute

add prepared sauce,  bring to a simmer

stir in  scallions

add shrimp,  simmer for  1 minute
