Sriracha Orange Chicken Meatballs

chop the scallions

grate the ginger  and garlic cloves

combine ground chicken  with salt, pepper,  panko, garlic powder,  dried onion and egg

roll into 2 tbsp-sized  meatballs

juice the orange,  combine with  soy sauce, sesame oil

honey, sriracha and  orange marmalade

heat oil and butter  over medium,  add meatballs

brown all over,  about 5 minutes

stir in ginger  and garlic

pour in the prepared  orange-sriracha sauce,  cover and simmer  over low  for 15 minutes

stir in scallions
