Spicy Tomato  and Cream Cheese  Spaghetti

half the  cherry tomatoes

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the parsley

boil spaghetti  al dente  in salted water

heat oil  over medium

add panko  breadcrumbs

toast until golden

season with salt  and pepper

remove from skillet

add olive oil

add garlic  sauté until fragrant

add cherry tomatoes

stir in  tomato paste

season with salt,  pepper, oregano,  chili flakes and basil

scoop up 1 cup  cooking water

drain spaghetti

add 1/2 cup cooking water

stir in  cream cheese

add parsley

toss with spaghetti
