Spicy Salmon Rice Bowl


pat salmon fillets dry, season with  salt and pepper, cut into two pieces

grate ginger and garlic cloves

chop the scallions

prepare the spicy sauce

cook the rice, heat oil and butter in a skillet

add salmon fillets

cook for 2-3 minutes per side

remove from skillet

add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds

add baby bok choy, sear 2 minutes per side

stir in scallions

add salmon back to the skillet

pour in the  prepared sauce, simmer for 3 minutes

top with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes
