Spicy Peanut Butter Noodles

boil noodles  al dente  in salted water

meanwhile,  grate the ginger and  garlic cloves

heat oil over medium,  add garlic and ginger,  cook for 1 minute

stir in peanut butter,  Gochujang, soy sauce,   rice vinegar and sugar

when ready,  drain noodles and  reserve 2 cups of  cooking water

pour in 1 cup  cooking water,  bring to a simmer

toss with cilantro  and noodles
