grate the garlic cloves and ginger
tear the shiitakes into small pieces
heat sesame oil, over medium, add shiitakes
cook until they start to brown
season with salt and pepper, remove from pot
add oil, garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant
deglaze with chicken broth, bring to a boil
add turmeric, soy sauce, fish sauce, Thai red curry and sambal oelek
pour in coconut milk
add a squeeze of lime juice
add ramen noodles
boil for 2 minutes, serve immediately
