Shrimp Scampi Pasta

dice the onion
mince the garlic cloves
chop the parsley
pat the shrimp dry, season with salt and pepper
boil linguine al dente in salted water
heat oil and butter over medium high, place shrimp in a single layer
sear 1 minute per side
remove from skillet
add garlic and onion, cook for 1 minute
stir in lemon zest, salt, pepper, oregano and chili flakes
deglaze with white wine, simmer for 2 minutes
stir in butter
add lemon juice and parsley
add shrimp, stir to combine
scoop up 1 cup cooking water, drain the linguine
