Shrimp in Mushroom Cream Sauce

combine shrimp with  salt, pepper, paprika  and garlic powder

grate the Parmesan

slice the mushrooms

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the parsley

heat oil and butter  over high,  place shrimp  in a single layer

sear 1 minute  per side,  remove from skillet

add mushrooms,  cook until they  release moisture  and start to brown

add garlic,  cook for 1 minute

add  Italian seasoning  and cream,  simmer for  2 minutes

reduce heat  to medium low,  stir in Parmesan

toss in parsley  and shrimp,  simmer for  1 minute

finish off with  chili flakes  and black pepper
