wash the rice  thoroughly  with water

add rice and water  to a pot,  bring to a boil, cover,  simmer over low  for 15 minutes,  turn off the heat  and allow to rest  (covered) for 10 minutes

chop the chives

cut salmon fillets into  small cubes

chop the shrimp

to a bowl, add salmon,  shrimp, chives,  lime juice, soy sauce, mayonnaise and  cream cheese

add sriracha,  stir to combine

combine cooked rice  with sugar, soy sauce  and rice vinegar

transfer to a  baking sheet, cover  with nori sheet,  add salmon mixture

transfer to the oven,  bake for 15 minutes  at 400°F/ 200°C
