Salmon in garlic Mascarpone Sauce

chop the almonds

chop the chives

mince the  garlic cloves

dice the shallot

pat the salmon fillets dry,  season with salt,  pepper and paprika

heat oil over  medium high,  add salmon fillets

sear 3 minutes  per side

remove from skillet

add shallot,  cook for 2 minutes

add garlic,  cook for 1 minute

add sun-dried  tomatoes,  roasted pepper,  salt and pepper

stir in mascarpone  and Parmesan

add salmon

sprinkle with  lemon juice,  simmer for  3 minutes

stir in basil leaves,  top with chili flakes,  almonds and chives
