Salmon in Lemon Cream Sauce

pat the salmon dry, season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder

dice the shallot and mince the garlic

heat oil and butter,  add salmon

sear 3 minutes  per side, remove

add garlic, shallot  and lemon zest,  cook 1 minute

stir in capers, deglaze with broth,  simmer 2 minutes

add cream,  lemon juice and dill,  bring to a simmer

add salmon,  top with sauce and black pepper,  simmer 1 minute
