Salmon in Dill Sauce

pat the salmon fillets dry,  season both sides with  salt, pepper, paprika  and garlic powder

peel and grate  the carrot

dice the onion

mince the garlic

chop the dill

heat oil and butter  over medium high,  add salmon

sear 3 minutes  per side

remove from skillet

add carrot, garlic  and onion,  cook for 3 minutes

add salt, pepper  and turmeric

stir in flour

add vegetable broth

pour in cream,  bring to a simmer

add lemon juice  and dill

add salmon,  simmer for  3 minutes

top with dill and  black pepper
