cut salmon into 4 equal  parts, combine with soy  sauce, mirin and garlic  powder, set aside

boil quinoa for  10 minutes, turn off  the heat, let steam  for 5 minutes

chop the cucumber  and scallions

peel and slice  the avocado

for the dressing  combine yogurt,  mayonnaise, soy sauce,  mirin, sesame oil  and garlic

heat the oil,  sear the salmon  3 minutes per side
