Salisbury Steaks in Horseradish Sauce

dice the onion

mince the  garlic cloves

combine ground beef  with egg, salt, pepper,  dried onion, breadcrumds and  mustard

divide into  4 equal balls

press down until  3/4 inch or 2cm thick

heat oil and butter,  add Salisbury steaks

sear 5 minutes  per side, remove

add garlic, onion, salt,  pepper and thyme,  cook for 3 minutes

deglaze with  white wine, simmer  for 2 minutes

pour in cream,  bring to a simmer

stir in horseradish  and Parmesan

add Salisbury steaks,  top with chives,  simmer for 5 minutes
