Rotisserie Chicken in Creamy Mushroom Sauce

thinly slice the mushrooms

mince the garlic

heat a large skillet over medium-high

add mushrooms, cook until they release some moisture

stir in butter, cook until golden brown

add garlic and spices, cook for 1 minute

remove from skillet

melt 2 tbsp butter

add 2 tbsp flour, stirring continuously, cook for 2 minutes

add broth to the roux

keep stirring for 3 minutes, or until smooth

stir in cream, bring to a simmer

add shredded rotisserie chicken

stir in mushrooms

simmer for 3 minutes

finish off with chopped parsley, black pepper  and lemon juice
