cut zucchini into  1/5 inch slices

sprinkle a baking sheet with oil and spices, place zucchini

add eggs to boiling water, cook for 6 minutes

add mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder and poppy seeds

whisk to combine

chop the cucumbers

slice the avocado

divide zucchini, avocado, cucumber and eggs among bowls

top with cilantro and poppy seed dressing
