drizzle a baking tray with  oil and salt, cut sweet  potatoes in half lengthwise,  place cut-side down,  drizzle with oil and salt

roast for 30 minutes  at 425°F (220°C)

mince the garlic  and chop the scallions

heat the oil,  add ground chicken,  break up into pieces,  cook until browned

add garlic and scallions,  cook for 1 minute

add Gochujang,  soy sauce,  rice vinegar, honey  and sesame oil,  cook 3 minutes
