Roasted Pepper Feta Dip

cut off the top of  the garlic head,  drizzle a baking sheet with oil

add peppers and garlic, roast at 400°F/ 200°C for 30 minutes

when ready,  peel and remove  the seeds

add to a food processor: feta, cream cheese, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper,  paprika, lemon juice

roasted pepper  and garlic

blend until smooth

smooth out, drizzle with oil and honey

top with chili flakes, black pepper  and thyme
