Roasted Cauliflower Bake with Cream Cheese

cut cauliflower into florets

then into bite-sized pieces

place in a baking dish, add oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried  onion, oregano & butter

toss to combine

roast for 30 minutes at 400°F/ 200°C tossing halfway through

grate the Gruyère

chop the parsley

combine cream cheese with cream, Parmesan and parsley

when ready, spread the cream cheese mixture

sprinkle with Gruyère and salted crackers, roast for 10 minutes
