Red Pesto Spaghetti Bolognese

mince the garlic

finely chop the onion

chop the sun-dried tomatoes

heat oil from sun-dried tomatoes in a pot

add garlic and onion, sauté until soft

add ground meat

break up into pieces, cook until golden-brown

add spices

stir in tomato paste

add puréed tomatoes

add sun-dried tomatoes simmer for 10 minutes

meanwhile, cook the spaghetti

in the meantime, stir occasionally and chop the parsley

when ready, scoop up 1/2 cup cooking water, drain the spaghetti

stir in red pesto

add milk, simmer for 5 minutes

toss with spaghetti

finish off with parsley, add a splash of cooking water if needed
