Red Pesto Ricotta Ravioli

mince the  garlic cloves

boil ravioli in  salted water, drain,  reserve 1 cup  cooking water

heat oil over low,  add garlic,  cook for 1 minute

stir in salt, pepper  and tomato paste

pour in 1/2 cup  cooking water

stir in red pesto

stir in ricotta

toss in basil  and ravioli,  finish off with  black pepper  and chili flakes
