Ravioli with Pistachio Pesto


add pistachios to your food processor, pulse to break up the nuts

add the rest of the ingredients, except the oil, blend

while machine is running, add oil, blend until just combined but not puréed

mince the garlic

heat oil and butter in a large skillet

add garlic, cook until soft and fragrant

meanwhile, cook ravioli in salted water

stir in pistachio pesto

scoop up1/2 cup cooking water, and drain ravioli

pour in 1/4 cup cooking water

add ravioli , toss to combine

top with black pepper and red pepper flakes
