Ravioli in Creamy Parmesan Sauce

mince the garlic
chop the walnuts
heat oil in a skillet
add walnuts, cook until fragrant
add sage leaves, cook until crispy
remove from skillet
add butter
add garlic, cook until fragrant
add lemon juice
add white wine (or chicken broth), simmer for 2 minutes
season with salt & pepper
add cream, bring to a simmer
meanwhile, cook the ravioli about 3 minutes
stir in Parmesan, simmer for 2 minutes
drain the ravioli, reserve 1/4 cup cooking water
add ravioli to the sauce, add a splash of cooking water, if needed
finish off with walnuts, sage, black pepper & chili flakes
