combine chicken thighs  with salt, pepper  and paprika

dice the shallot

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the chives  and dill

heat oil and butter  over medium high,  add chicken

sear 5 minutes  per side

remove from skillet

add chanterelles,  cook until they  release moisture  and start to brown

add shallot and garlic,  cook for 2 minutes

stir in salt, pepper  and flour

pour in  chicken broth,  simmer for  1 minute

stir in mustard

and crème fraiche

stir in chives  and dill

add chicken,  simmer for  5 minutes

top with dill,  chives and  black pepper
