Preserved Lemon Chicken

season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder
mince the garlic cloves
dice the onion
chop the parsley
rinse the preserved lemon, scoop out the pulp, chop the peel
heat oil and butter over medium high, add chicken fillets
sear 5 minutes per side, remove from skillet
add garlic and onion, cook for 3 minutes over medium low
stir in turmeric, cumin, preserved lemon and parsley
pour in chicken broth, add butter, stir until melted
add chicken, simmer for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
